A new resin driveway installation was completed in Knowle, near Solihull, West Midlands by driveways and patio experts, Nice Drives. We received a call from the customer asking us to provide a quote for a new resin drive to provide safe, off-road parking outside the property. We met with the customer and completed a free driveway survey, providing a competitive quote for the work. The initial steps of the project were to clear and excavate the existing surface, removing all rubbish.
The new resin driveway design includes a block-paved central diamond-shaped feature and driveway border. The block pavers used are Eton R60s in charcoal to complement the pearl resin drive. Adding block paving detail to a resin or tarmac drive adds interest and kerb appeal to an otherwise plain drive. Resin-bound drives look great, they’re permeable, suitable for cars and vans, and if correctly laid, they have a long lifespan.
